Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your coaching session and receive a full refund up to 14 days prior to your scheduled session.

• If you cancel within 1 to 13 days of your scheduled session, you will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your session will result in no refund.

Simply Garden LLC is committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. However, it's important to understand that while we strive for excellence, our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from the use of our services or the inability to use our services.

Clients using our services acknowledge and agree that Simply Garden LLC, its employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, delays, or losses that may result from the use of our services.

We recommend that clients obtain appropriate insurance coverage to mitigate any risks associated with the use of our services. By engaging with Simply Garden LLC, clients accept these terms and conditions and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simply Garden LLC, its employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
