To spark children's curiosity about the vital role of pollinators in our ecosystem, we offer a thrilling pollinator scavenger hunt. Equipped with magnifying glasses and a sense of wonder, participants will observe bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and other captivating creatures as they move from flower to flower, pollinating and enabling plant reproduction. Through this adventure, children will explore the diverse array of plants that attract pollinators, from colorful garden varieties to common weeds, and learn how their work contributes to the food we enjoy. But the excitement doesn't end with observation and identification. Participants will also discover how to support pollinator populations by constructing their very own pollinator house!
